This bar contains three different types of herbs that will grow into fresh leaves for your tea:
•Camomile (annual), use the pretty daisy-like flowers for a soothing brew.
•Fennel (perennial), with a distinct aniseed flavour, fennel is excellent for the digestion.
•Peppermint (perennial), zingy and refreshing, peppermint is wonderful for relaxation and digestion.
This bar should be planted between the months of February and June.
